Established in 1993. The King of Kings Community Center was one of the first agencies in Fresno County to establish a Transitional Support Program that provides a residential support program/sober living treatment environment.

As of January 2009, King of Kings has served more than 120 male consumers of the County of Fresno. The Residential Support Facility is an environment that provides methamphetamine, cocaine, alcohol, and other drug free support at affordable fees in an environment conducive to individual recovery from the disease of alcoholism and/or drug addiction.
