The Pregnant and Postpartum Women’s Program was established in 1990 to assist women 18 years of age and older to deal with their pregnancy and postpartum issues and assist them in living an alcohol and drug-free life in an outpatient setting.

It will also provide non-residential prenatal substance use and/or abuse treatment services to individuals experiencing problems that are associated with alcohol and/or other drug use and/or abuse. It was originally funded in February, 1995 by Fresno County Health Services Agency. King of Kings opted to provide Drug/Medi-Cal services to Drug/Medi-Cal eligible participants.
