If we really wanted some changes on the internet we could bring about some simple processes;

1. Stop the instant creation of e-mail accounts.
2. Stop the public venue workstation ability to send e-mails.
3. Start a rating system where longetivity and/or confirmation of accounts adds a credibliity tag to the e-mail account.
4. Make it against the law to send an e-mail with a faulty return address. Penalize both the sender and the ISP/ E-mail account provider. This will cause the ISP/ Provider to charge for their accounts which will stop most issues.
5. Would you pay a bit for some controls and security on the internet?
