It has been clear for some time now that our elected officials at the city, county, state and federal government levels are unable to serve the general population. The current way that our elected officials have to navigate the system in place does not work. THE SYSTEM IS BROKEN.

There have been more than one promising persons that have been elected with ideas to bring about change. The issue is that by default the system makes them manuever in a corrupt fashion. Pork Barrel economics dicatates that in order for one to get a vote on a valid law, that the person has to give in to adding pet projects that benefit a senator or congressmen. Integrity is nowhere to be found in that equation.

Our biggest challenge is breaking the bickering and devisiveness between the parties. Replublicans and Democrats both posture against ther other as enemies instead of uniting on common paths for the people. The parties are in gridlock and are continuing to make the voters sick to their stomaches daily.
