Class Action Cause - Family and Child Advocates

There is a solution that can solve the gridlock in governments; I propose that we;

1. Select a group of 10 non-paid steering committees for each school district, city, county, state, and federal district.
2. Each person will serve for 6 months, of which in the last 30 days they will identify their successor.
3. We will seek, and secure, impeachment for each elected official at every level.
4. Non-elected persons in government will continue to operate staple public services. These will be defined.
5. We are seeking a fresh start and to break the good old boy network of influence, corruption, self serving and gridlock in government.
6. The steering committees at each level shall conduct a full discovery of activity, practice and expenditures at their levels.
7. All discoveries shall be made public at their prospective levels.
8. An actual budget shall be created at each level, from which each level shall be made to operate.
9. All budgets must include provisions for saving for long and short terms projects that WILL become neccasary. We know that roads will need repair in 10 years. Start saving now.
10. All budgets must include savings of 5-10% for rainy days.

What if we held people and organizations such as the Media including Television Stations and Cable accountable for the items they air on their channels? What if we held the Advertising Agencies accountable for the commercials and other advertising they create? What if we held spokepeople accountable for the items they represent? What if we held employees accountable for the companies that they work for? What if Donald Trump was not able to allow one corporation go bankrupt, while he is successful with others at the expense of those owed money, and the taxpayers paying for the bankruptcy proceedings?

What would happen?

Off the top of my head....

1. The media would have to screen the content more carefully, thus many scammers and infomercials would never get aired. (The media may cry about lost income...You never should have profited from ill gotten gain in the first place.)
2. Advertising agancies would not work for scammers or infomercials promissing riches part time, or revolutionary items.
3. Companies operating with deceptive trade practices would lose employees quickly, as no employee would serve a crooked company, fearing accountability for staying.

Let's talk about reasonable expectations. I want to be a bit more specific as to what I am referring. What would be some reasonable expectations for families in regards to their children and daily life? I firmly believe that parents have the primary role of protecting their children from all that might harm them. That being said, I think that parents are reasonable to expect that when children and family programming is on TV or cable that NO adult material would be aired. I think that it is reasonable to expect that a child could drive in a car with their family and NOT be subjected to Adult material on billboards. I think that it is reasonable to expect that when we take our children to a movie that is rated G or PG, that NO adult material would be aired, and that there would be NO previews with a higher rating than the movie that the family has paid to see. I think that it is reasonable to expect that children be placed in a position of higher regard than corporate profit. I think that it is reasonable to expect that there are men and woman who would prefer to NOT be subjected to profane language and promiscuous material..

I see a pattern here...It seems very common to me. have you ever noticed that it seems like there are often errors in monthly bills from many different sources? It seems to me that these mistakes are in the favor of the corporation over the recipient. Does it seem a bit to convenient that you have to wait on the phone for customer services for upwards of a 1/2 hour and more to speak with a customer service representative about an error on your bill? Have you noticed that most of the time, these days, that you get someone on the phone that either can not speak proper English well enough to understand you, or you get someone that is so rigid with a script, that they keep on saying,"Let me make sure that i understand you problem, You are saying that...., Is that correct"? Just to find out that you and the agent seem to always be in two different conversations? If I was seeking to come up with a plan to cheat half of my customers of a few bucks, I would only make it a small amount, thinking that most people would prefer to pay the small amount instead of deal with the hour long escapade to try to correct it. I would also make you navigate a phone system that always has options that you need to press that never quite seem like what you are looking for.
