To build grassroots activism and results around issues that affect the foundation of American families.
To implement 21st century technology to break down barriers that had stopped others before.
To provide both individuals and organizations with a web site where they can gather together and become one strong and unified voice to create change as a unified front.
To provide a platform for consumers to express their views, opinions, frustrations, and first-hand experiences with related issues.
To provide a forum where consumers can ask questions or learn about related experiences and issues.
To provide a venue for individuals with relevant expertise or knowledge to present factual research and other data that embrace CAC’s vision and mission which in turn will help empower families and individuals with information affecting them, either directly or indirectly.

Shared Objectives - Members share a common goal and are aware that one person alone is weak and limited. They have deep reservations and frustration with the inability to have lawmakers bring about change due to corruption and/or bickering and partisan politics. They believe in the power of numbers, and will work hard to attain goals and objectives they have set for themselves, as well as provide needed services to the Members. . . Together we are formidable.
Shared Responsibility - Members believe that one person cannot do it alone. They believe in working cooperatively to attain goals and objectives and manage conflict constructively.
Shared Successes - Members are willing to share both successes and shortcomings and move forward, learning from those experiences in order to accomplish bigger and better things in the future.
Fiscal Accountability - We are committed to be open and transparent; all financial records will be made available to the public.
